Lamor delivers skimmers to Sonatrach in Algeria

Lamor Africa has commissioned weir skimmers in Béjaïa, Algeria for Sonatrach. The project included operations and maintenance training and contributes to enhancing oil spill response readiness in the Mediterranean Sea.
Lamor Africa has successfully commissioned three of Lamor LWS 500 weir skimmers in Béjaïa, Algeria for Sonatrach, marking another important step in expanding our environmental protection efforts across North Africa.
Over the course of several productive days on site, our team commissioned the equipment and delivered operations and maintenance training to ensure long-term efficiency and reliability.
Through this collaboration with Sonatrach, we’re enhancing regional oil spill response capabilities to help safeguard the Mediterranean’s sensitive marine ecosystem.
This project is part of our ongoing mission to strengthen environmental preparedness and response capabilities in key regions, working together with local stakeholders and global partners.
