HSSEQ

Lamor wants to follow the highest standards regarding health and safety, security, environment and quality. Lamor is thus an ISO 9001 (Quality), 14001 (Environment) and 45001 (health and safety) certified company and has developed and implemented an Integrated Management System (IMS) to comply with these standards. The IMS covers all Lamor activities and locations where Lamor operates. When relevant, Lamor treats all workers involved in its operations as its employees. These cover for instance all the safety related matters.

Reporting violations

We are aware that breaking the rules can jeopardise our business, reputation, colleagues, and relationships with external partners.

It is the responsibility of each employee and director to promptly report violations of the law or policy. Any employee who, in good faith, reports what they believe to be a violation will not be subject to any disciplinary action or other forms of retaliation because of making such a report.

A report can also be submitted by using our Whistleblowing channel for identifying personal abuses or other violations of Human Rights. External parties may also use our Whistleblowing channel to report violations. All reported matters are treated confidentially to the extent permitted by law.
