Manager, Industrial Waste Management

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Manager, Industrial Waste Management to join our Lamor India team. In India, we are strengthening our position in waste management services.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of the organisational business.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan to penetrate, secure, and expand business with end customers.
  • Drive sustainable financial growth through the development and execution of a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate sales activities with various vendors/partners and ensure timely execution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact with customers to ensure business sustainability and profitability.
  • Liaise with the technical team, sales support team, and other members of the organization to ensure solutions to customer needs.

The best combination of experience and skills for the position:

  • Graduation degree, preferably in Business Administration.
  • Deep sectoral knowledge of Industrial Waste Management in India along with knowledge of statutory regulations is mandatory.
  • 5+ years of experience in the relevant industry, preferably in a sales capacity or project execution capacity.
  • Experience with the design and implementation of business development strategies.

  • Ability to influence and strong networking skills.
  • Good analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Open-mindedness to learning new skills and the right attitude for our global sales team.

Employment type: permanent/full time.

Location: The company has its office in Mumbai, however, the company provides the freedom to operate from any state within India, preferably a Metro city.
