Assistant Manager, Sales support
We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our Lamor India team. This role primarily focuses on providing comprehensive sales support to our team, ensuring seamless customer interactions, and facilitating the successful execution of product development initiatives. Your main responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying new markets and customers to expand our business reach.
- Manage responses to customer requests for quotes/tenders in a timely manner.
- Engage in regular interaction with customers, including scheduling and attending meetings.
- Collaborate closely with Lamor Finland and LIPL/Lamor AB production teams to understand and execute product development requirements.
- Focus on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to enhance satisfaction and achieve key performance indicators.
The best combination of experience, skills and personal qualities for the position:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in data management and report creation.
- Strong ability in forecasting sales and managing deals.
- 3+ years of sales experience in an Industrial segment.
- Familiarity with Oil Spill Response equipment sales is desirable.
- Knowledge of the Port/Oil & Gas Industry is a plus.

Employment type: permanent/full time.
Location: The company has its office in Mumbai, however, the company provides the freedom to operate from any state within India, preferably a Metro city.
