Lamor's Board of Directors is planning to establish a Remuneration Committee after the Annual General Meeting

Lamor Corporation Plc's ("Lamor") Board of Directors is planning to establish a Remuneration Committee after the Annual General Meeting to be held on 28 April 2022.

The duties of the Remuneration Committee would include preparing remuneration matters to be considered by the Board relating to the appointment and remuneration of the CEO and other key individuals at Lamor as well as Lamor's general remuneration principles and incentive schemes.

The role of the Committee would be to assist the Board. The Committee would not have independent decision-making power. The duties of the Remuneration Committee would be established in the Charter to be adopted for the Committee.

The remuneration of the members of the planned Remuneration Committee is subject to a resolution of Lamor's Annual General Meeting, notice to which is planned to be announced later today on 7 April 2022.
