In accordance with the company announcement published by Lamor Corporation Plc ("Lamor") on 7 December 2021 at 3:30 p.m. EET, Larsen Family Corporation Oy has granted Danske Bank A/S, Finland Branch acting as stabilising manager (the "Stabilising Manager") an over-allotment option, which entitles the Stabilising Manager to purchase a maximum of 1,092,206 additional shares at the subscription price solely to cover potential over-allotments in connection with the initial public offering of Lamor. Larsen Family Corporation Oy and the Stabilising Manager have entered into a share lending agreement in connection with the initial public offering of Lamor on 8 December 2021, according to which Larsen Family Corporation Oy has lent 1,092,206 existing shares in Lamor to the Stabilising Manager.
