Lamor Corporation Plc applies for its shares to be listed on the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd 

Lamor Corporation Plc ("Lamor" or the "Company") has today filed a listing application with Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd ("Nasdaq Helsinki") to list the Company's shares on the official list of the Nasdaq Helsinki (the "Listing"). The Listing is conditional on Nasdaq Helsinki approving the Company's listing application and the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority approving the listing prospectus prepared in connection with the Listing.

Trading in the Company's shares is expected to commence on the official list of the Nasdaq Helsinki on or about 23 November 2023. At the same time, the Company has requested its shares to be removed from the Premier segment of First North Growth Market Finland marketplace maintained by Nasdaq Helsinki.

The purpose of the contemplated Listing is to support Lamor in implementing its strategic targets, contribute to the expansion of Lamor's shareholder base and to the increase in the liquidity of Lamor's shares in the long term, and improve the awareness of Lamor among different stakeholder groups.

The trading code of the Company's shares, LAMOR, and the ISIN code, FI4000512488, will remain unchanged. As of this day, Lamor complies with the regulations on the disclosure obligations of companies listed on a regulated market.
