Spate C 75 H Oil Transfer Pump

The Spate C75 H with a Sauer Danfoss OMP 25 hydraulic motor is built on its own easily movable aluminum frame. The unique design of the Spate 75 makes it the perfect pump for oil spill response operations. It is world renowned for its suitability on all oil recovery applications and works in conjunction with a wide variety of skimmers and recovery systems.

The Spate handles dirty water, slurries, light and heavy viscous oils, petroleum industry products, at a high, non turbulent flow rate. It is also well suited for a variety of demanding on-site conditions. This suction type pump is extremely efficient to pump oils and other materials approx. up to 5,000 cSt.

The Spate 75C is made of lightweight sea water resistant aluminum, and is available with various oil resistant rubber components to ensure a continuous and trouble-free performance.

Usage Areas

Preferred package solution

Oil transfer and hydraulic hoses can be supplied in various lengths. The Lamor Power Pack (LPP 6) HA/C75 is a compact multi-purpose hydraulic power unit, joined to a powerful oil transfer pump, the Spate C75 pump. The integral Spate C75 pump is a self-priming double diaphragm pump with a maximum capacity of 30 m³/hr. The pump can handle solids up to 6mm in size, and all seals are constructed from synthetic rubber for protection against all oils encountered. The LPP 6 HA/C75 is strongly recommended to be equipped with a Lamor Stone Catcher to protect the suction pump in use.

The Lamor Hose Reel (LHW 60/2 Al), is designed to store hydraulic and oil transfer hoses, is made in sea water resistant aluminum.
The construction allows the transfer and hydraulic hoses to be winded and locked separately. The reel fits e.g. 60 m hydraulic hoses and 250 m layflat hose (alternatively approx. 50 m rigid transfer hose).

The Lamor Collapsible Tank (LCT 7.6), with a capacity of storing 7600 liters, is recommended for temporary storage of recovered oil. The LCT is so designed that it represents a highly versatile method of tackling the challenges presented when having to recover and store oil in remote locations. The hexagonal shape of the tank allows for even distribution of weight.

The LCT fabric is constructed from durable PVC with excellent resistance to the effects of hydrocarbons and UV radiation. The tubular tank frame is manufactured from galvanized steel and provides a strong support for the tank fabric.
