Lamor acquires Slickbar

Lamor Group, the world's premier supplier of oil spill response equipment and services, has acquired US based oil spill response company Slickbar. Slickbar will continue to operate as an independent brand and the management remains the same in both organizations. The acquisition strengthens Lamor Group's position globally and will generate synergies with the existing activities, thus enabling both companies to improve their service excellence.

Since 1960, Slickbar Products Corporation, based in Seymour, Connecticut, U.S.A., has evolved from an oil boom manufacturer to one of the leading suppliers of oil spill containment and recovery equipment. The company employs 150 people worldwide and has a turnover of over 10Million EUR.
