Larsen Marin Ab is founded by Mr. Böge Larsen in Loviisa, Finland. |

The first Lamor brush skimmer is delivered. |
| 1995 |
The company’s name is changed to Lamor Corporation Ab, short for Larsen Marine Oil Recovery. |
| 2002 |
Lamor acquires its Finnish competitor LMP Patents OY and UK based GT Pollution Technologies Ltd. |
| 2004 |
Lamor is awarded the Finnish National Entrepreneur Award. |
| 2005 |
Lamor is awarded the Internationalization Award by the President of Finland. Lamor wins EU tender for oil spill response on the Baltic Sea, awarded by the European Maritime and Safety Administration. |
| 2006 |
Lamor spins off oil spill response center operations into a separate company, Clean Globe International Ltd. Simultaneously, manufacturing and logistics operations are transferred to Lamor Technics Ltd., a joint-venture formed with one of Lamor’s key suppliers. Lamor Group is founded. |
| 2007 |
The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development secures € 107MEUR financial package for the development of Tier 2 oil spill response centers in Russia and CIS. Lamor’s annual turnover grows by 50 % to 33 MEUR. |
| 2008 |
Lamor Group and Swire Pacific Offshore Limited forms a joint-venture; Lamor Swire Environmental Solutions – LSES. Lamor acquires Tarwell Ltd., and launches a new company for subsea technologies; Lamor Subsea Ltd. Lamor acquires the American company Hyde Marine, Inc., world renowned for ballast and waste water treatment technologies and marine machinery & services. Lamor acquires US based Slickbar Products Corporation. |
